Shipping & Delivery Policy for In-Store Items

At Tefuda, we want to ensure you get your hands on your latest TCG singles, sealed products, and custom accessories as quickly as possible. 

📦 Approximate Delivery Times

When you place an online order for an item currently on display in our shop, our fulfillment process begins directly from our retail floor.

  • Order Processing & Handling: Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM (SGT) are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on days the store is closed, will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Standard Transit Time: Once handed over to our local logistic partners, standard transit within Singapore takes an estimated 2 to 4 business days.

  • Total Approximate Delivery Time: From the moment your order is successfully placed, you can expect an approximate total delivery time of 3 to 6 business days for your package to arrive at your shipping address.

🚚 Delivery Costs & Carriers

Tefuda serves as an official partner point for multiple major logistics chains, allowing us to offer reliable and secure shipping options directly from our storefront.

  • Standard Local Courier (SPX Express,): A flat rate of $3.00 SGD applies to all standard local shipments.

  • Free Shipping: We automatically apply free standard courier delivery for all local orders exceeding $30.00 SGD.

  • International Shipping (DHL Express, FedEx): Delivery costs and approximate timelines for international orders are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the exact destination country and package weight.

🏬 In-Store Pickup Option

If you prefer to collect your items directly and say hi to the community, we offer a free in-store pickup option at checkout.

  • Cost: Free.

  • Timeframe: On-display in-store items are generally ready for collection within 2 hours of your order confirmation during our normal operating hours.

  • Location: B1-02 MacPherson Mall, Singapore 368125.

📋 Additional Policy Details

  • Dispatch Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details (where applicable) as soon as your package is handed over to the chosen carrier.

  • External Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, external factors such as severe weather or unexpected carrier network delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

  • Customer Support: If your order has not arrived within the 3 to 6 business day estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at tefudagames@gmail.com or visit tefudagames.com for assistance, and we will promptly track your shipment.
